Cancellation of order
- In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
- You can request your order cancellation through email. Send your request to [email protected].
- Refund or exchange will only be done if;
- Delivery of the wrong item/order, product(s) damaged during transit or manufacturing defect which didn’t get noticed during packing by us. Unboxing video is a must to claim for refund or exchange.
- Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged unless there are damages to it. Unboxing video is a must to claim for refund or exchange.
- If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.
- The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer.
- Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team.
- The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges
- Original packaging was damaged at the time of delivery. Claims has to be supported by pictures or videos while unboxing the original packaging in order to proof the damage was from our side.
- Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customize for you.
- The item(s) should be in its original condition being intact, unused, unworn, and unwashed, or else refund/exchange will be duly declined.
- Exchange is only allowed for the same item. We will provide options for replacement if it is out of stock.
- All refund and exchange requests have to be raised within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
- Products bought during sale are non-refundable.
- Masks cannot be returned or exchanged.
