Delivery processing time
- All domestic orders will processed within 2 to 3 business days from payment date.
- Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- Please note that shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions and destination.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days and you will be notified. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via SMS/WhatsApp.
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- We are not responsible for any loss of the good after shipping company has delivered the parcel to the designated address and any wrong shipment information from customer.
- In the event that the item(s) or parcel is undelivered and/or unclaimed by the customer from Courier Company and item(s) / parcel is returned to us, we will charge for a re-delivery.
- We ensure excellent and secure packaging of all the products shipped by us, so that you get your purchase(s) in perfect condition.
- However, if you ever receive your parcel in a tampered condition, we request you to first take a few clear unboxing pictures and videos of the tampered package, before opening it further.
